Accessibility statement

This site is not legally required to publish an accessibility statement, but I publish one anyway: if it sells "accessible" development services, it should be able to answer for its own accessibility.

Why it is not mandatory here

Spanish Law 11/2023, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act), provides an exemption for microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and under €2 million in annual turnover or balance sheet) providing services, and this site is not e-commerce: no product is sold and no contract is concluded online. I operate as a sole trader and meet both exemption criteria.

Commitment despite the exemption

The site is built with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines in mind (AA level as a reference): color contrast, keyboard navigation, image alt text, semantic structure and visible focus. I do not claim certified conformance, since no formal external audit has been carried out.
